Children’s parliaments have been established in the target villages to develop their leadership qualities of the children and to empower them. Children’s Parliaments instil a sense of responsibility and a sense of commitment among the children at their very young age. It brings out the leader in every child. It moulds and enhances their leadership qualities and promotes the social involvement and the skill development of the children.
- To enhance the participation of the children.
- To train children to identify problems of children and communities, analyse its causes and effects and draw out solutions.
- To educate children on child and human rights and to monitor child rights violation in the villages.
